The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. The spa had a "silent" thermal water pool and was not crowded. The hotel had a great view and a well-maintained pool/spa area. Nearby shops, restaurants, and cafes were conveniently located.

the hotel had parking on site. the pool was a delight. location, short way from all attractions.

Private parking on-site was provided. Close to the airport, 25 min drive. The hotel met every demand, I would absolutely stay here again.

We had an excellent weekend getaway thanks to the hotel's brilliant spa zone, delicious dinner and breakfast, spacious room equipped with modern amenities, friendly and attentive staff, and great location near a national park with diverse bird species.

It was all superb.

Frisko Panzio is within walking distance the hotel. Property was good for families with children.

We had a great time during our trip. The food was delicious and offered a variety of options. The pool and spa area were well-maintained and clean, making it a great place to relax. We also enjoyed the tranquil location and the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants.

The language barrier. Some staff members had difficulty communicating in English, which made it difficult to get information about the hotel's facilities and services.

Variety of pools, very nice room and bathroom.

Poor knowledge of English of hote staff (though, they do know German). Also, you can't find anything to eat after 10, 10:30pm (in hotel and in all of Zalakaros. Also, for apartment I expected some of the "small stuff" - slippers, shampoos, bath foam... which was all missing.

The wellness facilities. Indoor and outdoor pools, saunas and related organized programs.

The hotel has a variety of pools to choose from, including an indoor/outdoor heated pool, thermal pool, and children's pool. the buffet-style restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with several meat choices. The rooms are clean and available with a variety of options.

The service at the front desk can be slow and surly at times.

room is really large. Beds are comfortable. The pools were also OK, inside and outside as well. The massage what we had at the spa was really gorgius. Good value was the "family summer lunch" from 12.00-15.00, for 1.500 HUF (apr. 5,5€ per person)

Staff is generally not polite enough - I would say, they should have smiling much more... And there are many amateur, annoying mistakes - namely some: 1. there is a charge of 1300 HUF (apr. 5€) fee for room service, but there is no menu card in the room, 2. whenever you consume something you have to sign the bill (that is OK), but you do not receive your copy (that is not OK), 3. in the restaurant for dinner it is not easy to order anything, even if there is a public menucard available. I explain: we did not book for half-board, but only booked breakfast. But the staff during dinner time wants you to eat from the buffet-dinner..when you say, that you would choose something else from the menucard, they start to moan and start to discourage you. We had this experience 3times out of 5 evenings...Additionally, you can have the dinner from the menu card only up to 8 pm.

Spent my xmas at a lovely hotel where I enjoyed two things that I would like to highlight: spacious rooms and a relaxing spa area. The key location was perfect too, as it was close to the main thermal spa and easy to access. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the comfortable bed, which made my stay even more relaxing.

I have to admit, the food wasn't what I expected from a hotel of this category. It was average at best.

We loved staying at this luxurious hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies. The staff were friendly, kind, and always willing to help. They even lent us some games to enjoy during our stay. The spa area was fantastic, with plenty of options and it wasn't crowded at all.

We highly recommend this hotel to families. It has everything you need, from spacious rooms and friendly staff to excellent spa facilities.
